Thanks for the interest. My phenolic sheet was received by my "machinist" (good friend). I'm anxious to see if these fins will be possible to machine using a CNC router.

I've been funding this by moving out items hanging out in my basement. I have a few PayPal bucks and my next purchase will be the nosecone.

One possible change from my initial plan would be to use the Cotronics for bonding and filleting the fins but using AeroPoxy for the layups. The theory here is that the Cotronics should not be necessary given the fact that the phenolic will hide the layups. I'll mull it over some more.
