54mm 3 grain flights Plain Jane - Loki White (J820 star grain)

Postby DBMcCann » Sun Apr 24, 2016 11:32 am

I flew my MAC 3" Villain twice yesterday. First on a 54/1050 EX load by Dan Patell, the second a Loki J820.

The EX load was Bank 0, the Loki was Bank 1

I like that one for a silly reason - you can clearly see the LED light from the MARSA on the vent band :)

That was pretty cool to see!

I love all of the pics. Great detail on a propellant that I have come to love making and flying. I wish someone had grabbed a pic of the 54/1750 moon burn Plain Jane flight of my Arcas.

Thanks Dan. Always a pleasure to fly these motors. And they photograph very easily :) Those mach diamonds just jump out at you.

I just used about 10 times the epoxy to get that LED back in there. That won't be pulling out again.
